Okhaldhunga Nine Hill Association is a non-profitable organization established in the year 2015. This organization is officially registered at District Administration Office in Okhaldhunga (Registration No: 570) and also registered at Social Welfare Council (Registration No: 422,92) , Kahtmandu, Nepal under the rules and regulations of non-profitable organization act. The main aim of this organization is to work for the community of Janterkhani, therefore the office is also based in Janterkhani -9, Okhaldhunga, Nepal.

Mr. Ngima Sherpa is a founder of this organization; he has been associated with many other social development organizations and has been successfully carried out many social activities in rural area of Nepal. He is a Managing Director of Unlimited Sherpa Expedition (Trekking Agency based in Nepal) , active member of Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), and Club Alpino Italiano (CAI).
